Don S Ganegoda - Director / CEO
Don is a graduate of the California State University, USA; where he obtained a Double Major degree in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry, as well as a Degree in Associate in Arts.
Don has extensive experience in structural and mechanical engineering including polymer science and composite material technology. He has innovated and developed many products including the separation of heavy metal from polluted water bodies using Bio-polymers, Composite Odour Control Cover Systems, Composite Baffle Wall Systems to improve clarification by increasing the retention time of aeration, oxic and anoxic tanks (approximately one million square feet), walkable Algae Control Composite Cover Systems, Margular Composite high pressure filtration systems and aeration units for distribution of calcium ions for the agriculture industry.
Don Ganegoda, the founder and CEO of EDGENG® is an industry specialist with over two decades of practical experience as a Composites Engineer. He most recently served as the Vice President at Fiber-Glass Fabricators Inc, a reputed player based out of Rhode Island, USA.
He is also a partner of DG Engineers. Under his guidance and expertise, EDGENG® has become a leading composite material manufacturer in the world.

Dr. Chris Senanayake - Director
Dr. Chris H. Senanayake received his BSc degree (First Class) in Sri Lanka. After coming to the United States, he completed his MSc at Bowling Green State University in synthetic chemistry. He obtained his Ph.D. at Wayne State University in 1987 where he worked on the total synthesis of complex natural products such as, ophiobolanes, and completed the first total synthesis of grosshemin in the guaianolide family. He then undertook a postdoctoral fellow and worked on the total synthesis of polyol systems.
He has worked for Dow Chemical Co., Merck Process Research Group and Sepracor Inc. He is currently the Vice President of Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and leading a group of highly talented scientists, engineers, and administrative staff located in Ridgefield, CT and Richmond Virginia. After a series of accomplishments in synthetic organic chemistry and obtaining a prestigious Merck Management Award in chemistry, he was promoted to Research Fellow in 1993.
He is the author and owner of over 200 papers, patents and applications in many areas of synthetic organic chemistry and design of improved chemical entities. He is also an Editorial Advisory Board member of the Organic Process Research & Development Journal.

Damian Ganegoda - Director Finance
Damian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colombo and counts over 20 years of extensive experience at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).
Shihan Ganegoda - Director Marketing
Shihan has over 20 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development. He also served in the capacity of Chairman & Managing Director of a Group of Establishments in the UK and in Sri Lanka.
